About the Homes

Woodland Heights Phase II was originally to include 14 Single Family Homes coming 2021-2022.  After discussions with the City of Williamsport and County Officials we are working on a 24 lot Single Family Home Development starting in 2023-2024.  UPDATE:  Phase II 24 lots on hold.  We would be interested in dividing 50+ acres into 4 building lots.  Be the first to purchase and pick your lot size (Minimum 10 acres).  Email or call today!
